Ingredients

Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala - 1 Packet
Oil - 4 tbsp
Vegetables, mixed - 2 cups (Cabbage, carrot, capsicum, beans, onion)
Cooked rice - 6 cups
Spring onions - to garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry vegetables for 2-3 mins in high flame.
  2. Add cooked rice to the vegetables.
  3. Add Ching's secret schezwan fried rice masala in a sprinkled way. Toss well/ mix well for 2 mins.

Notes

  • The cooked rice works best if the grains are separate. If you have leftover rice, it is perfect, refrigerate before using in the recipe for best results.
  • Prepare the entire dish in high flame.
  • Do not alter the recipe for perfect outcome.
